Activity Summary:

SoMi - Various activities centered on the Program Theme.

Exploring Different Emotions with Lucy Geradin – 1 session per week. A fun interactive session where the children will explore different emotions through mindfulness activities.

Desserts de Reves1 session per week.  The TEAM at Desserts de Reves will take the children through the wonderful creative process of baking and decorating delicious and beautifully designed cupcakes which they will share with their parents.

Story time with Fernanda Marques – 1 session per week.  Celebrating the wisdom of a grandmother and celebrating the legacy of a great man – Nelson Mandela.   

Mentiras Restaurant – daily lunch throughout the program.

Lucy Geradin - is a trained MBSR instructor with the University of California San Diego Center for Mindfulness and a certified Iyengar yoga instructor. Drawing on her mindfulness and yoga training, she develops Mindfulness and Emotional Intelligence programs for kids and teens, as well as corporate clients. www.mindfieldtraining.com

Fernanda Marques – was born and raised in Africa and moved to Portugal as a young adult of 20 years old. A former kindergarten and primary school teacher having studied in South Africa she is fluent in Portuguese and English.  Fernanda has a wealth knowledge and love for teaching kids.  She is a grandmother of five ranging from age 17 years to 2 months old.


MENTIRAS Restaurant– our lunch will be served daily at MENTIRAS restaurant, one of the oldest restaurants in our neighbourhood that has been serving homemade Portuguese food for the past 21 years.
